1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery usually takes 8–11 business days, so most orders arrive in 9–13 business days.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders ship for free, no minimum purchase required.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number.
You can follow your package through the courier’s tracking page.
4. Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return any unused, undamaged item within 30 days of delivery.

5. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless:

In those cases, we cover the cost.
6. How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and check your return, refunds are issued within 7 days to your original payment method.
7. My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Take a few photos of the item and packaging, then email them to info@temmli.com within 48 hours.
We’ll send a replacement or refund you.
8. I never received my package.
Contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier.
If the package is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
9. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet.

If it has already shipped, you can return it after delivery.
